Lightfoot Woods Return Policy
At Lightfoot Woods, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer an exchange or issue store credit for items purchased directly from our online store. Please note, we do not offer refunds at this time.
For purchases made through our retail partners, please follow their return policies and work directly with them.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- If you need additional time for a gift, please contact our studio before ordering.
- Our return policy is extended during the winter holiday season. Sign up for our email list to stay updated.
- Items must be unworn and in the original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value. Store credits do not expire.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom and bespoke orders
- Items purchased during sales or promotions
- Rings resized at the time of purchase
- International orders
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our studio for authorization and further instructions.
Returning Items:
- Return items in their original packaging, secured within a shipping box.
- Use a courier with insurance and tracking (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Lightfoot Woods is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Lightfoot Woods Jewelry Repair Policy
We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and offer free repairs for any manufacturing issues within one year of purchase from our online store. For items purchased through our retail partners, please follow their specific policies and contact them directly.
Elective Repairs and Non-Manufacturing Damage:
- Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or customer design errors, and damage not due to manufacturing defects, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Repairs after one year will also be reviewed individually and, if accepted, may incur an additional fee.
This page reflects our most up-to-date repair policy and overrides any previous versions. We reserve the right to modify this policy or discontinue repair services at our discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of our website or purchases made after policy changes constitute acceptance of those changes.
